Urban LC worked with the clients and the architect on this project from the demolition stage to delivery of the OC.  We worked alongside the client to fine tune the finishes and enhance the design that the architect provided delivering the project on time and within budget – the result two stunning yet functional homes cleverly designed to suit the sunny north facing site in Cronulla.

The concept for this house was to have a strong presence at street level which has been achieved with the design and the colour scheme, part of a dual occupancy development  we worked with the client and architect to create and individual feel for each home.  Internally the home has a coastal feel featuring oak floorboards, light and bright interior with custom cabinetry. Externally the house features an inground pool, landscaped gardens and an outdoor feature bbq deck area. As with every project, the house has been designed for how a family will live not just for the aesthetics.
